Cream Cheese Stuffed Chicken Breasts (An original recipe from my kitchen)
1 lb boneless, skinless chicken breasts
1 package Philadelphia Cream Cheese 2 T. scallions 1 1/2 t. Adobo Seasoning |
1 package Kraft FreshTake cheese breading (or you can combine 1 c. italian bread crumbs with 1/2 c. shredded cheddar cheese)

Wash chicken breasts and cut off any fat. Butterfly chicken breasts. Bread chicken breasts using FreshTake cheese breading. Combine cream cheese, scallions, and adobo until well mixed. Stuff evenly into chicken breasts. Place chicken breats on baking sheet so that opening is at the top (this prevents all of the cream cheese stuffing from melting out). Bake at 350 degrees for 20-25 minutes or until chicken is cooked. We found that 1 stuffed breast was enough for 2 people in our family for dinner so this would serve about 5-6 people.
